Dr. Collins

Dr. Matthew Collins believes dentistry is about more than teeth. It’s about trust, comfort, and lasting relationships built one visit at a time.

Originally from Camarillo, California, Dr. Collins earned his degrees in Biology and Chemistry from California State University Channel Islands before completing his doctorate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine in 2019, with advanced training in esthetics and cosmetic treatment planning. He went on to complete the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse and remains active in the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, and Coastal Cascade Dental Association.

By taking time to listen and understand your goals, Dr. Collins makes every visit feel supportive and stress-free. Patients appreciate his calm approach, his welcoming office, and the genuine connection that lasts well beyond the appointment.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Collins is a father of two who loves spending time outdoors with his wife and children. He enjoys fishing and exploring the Pacific Northwest, plays football and golf, and rarely misses a chance to fire up the barbecue. The Eugene and Springfield community is home, and the rivers and forests that shape this place inspire his grounded, balanced approach to dentistry.

I have been a dental assistant for over 20 years. I enjoy assisting with patient care including all general and oral surgery procedures. In my off hours I enjoy rock climbing and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Teri has 24 years in dentistry, 26 years of marriage, 3 kids, and 5 grandkids. She enjoys camping, the beach, and watching her grandkids play sports.
